The Golden Pomfret is a meatier cousin of the pomfret family, with its sunny yellow fins hinting at the treasure beneath its scales. Its firm, pearlescent flesh is known to be “clean-tasting”, with just a subtle hint of sweetness. This allows the Golden Pomfret to stand alone on the palate well, or pair neatly with stronger sauces and seasonings.

| Fish can be kept chilled in the fridge (0-4°C) upon delivery and we recommend consuming the product within 5 days of delivery without freezing. This is the period when the fish is at its peak quality and optimal freshness. If you’d like to store the fish for a longer period of time, place it in the freezer and it can last for up to 6 months. |
